Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 180°C
Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
Add the oats, almonds, cranberries, half of the coconut and salt to a bowl and mix together.
Heat the honey, sugar, cinnamon and butter together in a pan tell combined.
Add the honey mix to the oats and stir thoroughly.
Transfer the granola to the lined pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Halfway through take the pan out and add the remaining coconut and mix.
Transfer the granola bake to the oven and continue baking till the top is browned.
