A healthy-ish snack that comes together in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Almonds (crushed)
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Shredded Coconut (lightly toasted)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat your oven to 180°C
  • Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the oats, almonds, cranberries, half of the coconut and salt to a bowl and mix together.
  • Heat the honey, sugar, cinnamon and butter together in a pan tell combined.
  • Add the honey mix to the oats and stir thoroughly.
  • Transfer the granola to the lined pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Halfway through take the pan out and add the remaining coconut and mix.
  • Transfer the granola bake to the oven and continue baking till the top is browned.
