I’m just a twenty-something wandering around her kitchen, where I often cook things and sometimes burn them. I’d like to share these stories.
I was a little late to the cooking game, but better late than never, right? The years I didn’t cook are made up for by how much cooking and everything around it sparks my curiosity and feeds my love for learning. Having recently moved from a flat in Bombay to greener, more open pastures in Kerala, I’ve begun to learn just how great it is to be able to grow what you eat.
Why You Dim Sum, You Lose Some? Look, I think that not only does this serve as a great philosophy in the kitchen, it’s also a great one for life. I believe firmly that all the losses (in the kitchen and out of) are what bring colour to your life and your plate!
Let it be known that this website was born during The Pandemic and hopefully survives it too. On the blog you’ll find my various experiments with food, special recipes from my family and friends, kitchen hacks, and various other food related things. Thanks a ton for being here!
